Kutahya Porcelain, whose partners were Sumerbank, Vakifbank, DESIYAB, Sinai Kalk?nma Bank, Esbank, Isbank and Kutahya Municipality, headed towards capital increase and the necessary guarantee fee was assured by Gurallar Group of Companies. At the same date, the company's bank shares were turned over to Gurallar Group of Companies and financing-investment deficiencies were completed.
As the first step the capacity was increased from 3200 tons per year to 7500 tons, and in 2002 Kutahya Porcelain increased its production capacity to 10,000 tons per year.
